Our firms reputation and success has been built on our listening and caring approach to our Clients. Time is taken at instruction stage so that we can fully understand our Clients requirements. We always like to meet our Clients face to face at an early stage. Caring for our Clients means guiding them through the maze of rules and regulations which affect buildings, unravelling the intricacies of Listed Buildings and taking the trouble to ensure that only competent builders are involved.

Ian Walrond, FRICS qualified in 1975 and trained with a number of specialist firms in London, prior to becoming Building Surveying Partner of an old established City of London firm until 1986. During that time Ian gained a wide experience of varied building types and acted for private Clients, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and religious and educational institutions. Since setting up the business Ian has been involved with Residential Building Surveys, Project Management and Expert Witness work particularly in the larger and Listed property sector in addition to all the other services detailed on our 'Services' page.
