GRADE I LISTED PROPERTY

Our client has been in ownership of the property for some time and had been considering the way forward. We are instructed Project Manage for significant work to the property, including complete replacement of services, some minor alterations but most particularly our instructions included negotiations with the Conservation Authorities as the property is Grade 1 Listed and is an extremely prominent and jealously protected property in the vicinity.
