14th CENTURY GRADE I LISTED PROPERTY

We have carried out considerable repair and replacement of major structural timbers to this 14th Century building, which has a fairly well documented history. We have also introduced innovative bathroom facilities to the secondary bedrooms, the design of which has been applauded by English Heritage.

The property is constructed on the site on an Ancient Scheduled Monument, which fact had necessitated an archaeological ‘brush and spoon’ investigation prior to the introduction of underfloor heating to the Great Hall, which is contemporary to Ightam Mote.
